Because you have to wait a long on the phone and appointments aren’t always available when you need them.

I often have difficulty getting through to make an appointment, with a long wait, even if I’m caller number 1. Then getting an appointment when Im not working is tricky.

Answer the phone more quickly, have more appointments early and late in the day

Dr Caldwell advised me to have an ECG, so I agreed & the appointment was made for weds 10th soon after I had seen her. Stacey the nurse was very nice & calming, & said the Doctor would look at the results & ring me about them. Within a few minutes of leaving the surgery another Doctor rang me to explain kindly advising me to go to the hospital to have a 2nd ECG & blood tests to get further accuracy & advice on the first ECG reading.. & then said the hospital would probably book me in another day after that for a scan depending on what the results reveal - so quick, kind & accurate details. Thanks

Sometimes bit of tiny low level music in the background nice but that’s just my personal preference, you couldn’t beat the service was 5 star. Thanks
